The villa Estefanía is situated on an approximately 6.000 sqm large property and consists of a spacious living room with connection to the large open kitchen, as well as two bathrooms, three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool and a large covered barbecue area. The property is planted with fruit trees and more than 20 palm species and provides a wonderful green environment. The villa is situated close to the village Los Llanos de Aridane at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. Guests will enjoy views at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. The house is central and quiet located, away from the roads. The beaches and the nearest village are in the immediate vicinity. Due to the tranquility and the central location the house is perfect to start excursions and to spend relaxed vacations. The house can accommodate up to 7 persons.

The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, Spanish television, satellite TV, washing machine, clothes line, iron, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic stove, electric boiler for hot water, microwave, oven, hair dryer, electric heating system, safe, terrace furniture, sun loungers and covered barbecue area.

The accommodation will be cleaned weekly. This cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels. Personal hygiene products are not provided.
