This beautiful villa has 300 sqm of living space and is situated on a more than 10.000 sqm large finca between Los Llanos de Aridane and El Paso, at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. As the owners and builders, we wanted to give this property a quality label through its design, furnishings and landscaping process. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool, a large covered barbecue area, a large covered veranda and a beautifully landscaped garden. The newly built house is centrally located in a quiet environment, has a large living room, an open kitchen, four bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms. Guests will enjoy spectacular views at the Atlantic Ocean, the valley and the mountains. The Villa Taburiente Javier is a perfect accommodation for couples, families or friends to spend relaxed holidays. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons.

A large fireplace for wood is provided in the living room for colder days. You can use a central heating system with heaters in all rooms, for a fee of 30 Euros per day.

The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, Spanish television, satellite TV, washing machine, clothes line, iron, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic stove, solar panel for hot water with electric boiler inside the house, microwave, oven, hair dryer, fireplace for wood, safe, terrace furniture, sun loungers and covered barbecue area.

The accommodation will be cleaned weekly. This cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels. Personal hygiene products are not provided.
